Good Morning Crafters,
Last Wednesday we held our second Friendly Plastic Workshop, we all had a wonderful time. Some of the ladies were from a papercraft background and some from jewellery, they bounced ideas off each other and produced some awesome pieces.
They used both the melt pot and heat gun to soften the plastic and for the jewellers among us, we used the Cropadile to make holes for the bails to be attached to hang as pendants.
I am sure that you will agree that they produced some beautiful items.

Friendly Plastic
Hi
Today I was in work all day and had a great day, it was lovely to see so many friendly faces. It was a busy day with Sam Poole holding a workshop in the morning – Sam’s work is fabulous her workshops are very inspirational and she learns you great techniques. In the afternoon we had a new guest tutor Carol Fern teaching techniques on Friendly Plastic – everyone throughly enjoyed themselves and went home with lots of goodies from the shop to make more friendly plastic items. If you were on the class and have had a go at more we would all love to see what you have created, bring them in so we can have a look.
I will add photos of some of the items that were made in the friendly plastic workshop soon. unfortunately I did not get any photos from Sams – may be next time I will.
Just a quickie – I had a play with the brand new Martha Stewart PAOTP (punch all over the page) Punches today, all I can say about them is that they are –
super cala fragalistic expialidoshus !!!
I must have them all !!! they punch where ever you want them to. The punch has a magnetized bottom part that comes away from the top enabling you to place your card in between and punch anywhere – great invention.

This is the one I have been playing with, sorry working with. Its a hard job but someone has to do it.
Happy Crafting
